14-Year-Old Florida Driver Faces Charges in Deadly Car Crash

In Osceaola County, Florida, police are investigating a fatal car accident involving a 14-year-old girl who drove without a license with four other people in the car, including a 3-year-old. On Saturday night near St. Cloud, the car hit a curb, went airborne, and flipped into a culvert.

A 12-year-old girl who was riding in the car died at the hospital following the auto accident. The others survived the car crash with only minor injuries, according to Florida state troopers.

None of the passengers, including the girl’s 25-year-old brother, had driver’s licenses. According to state troopers, the brother has already been caught twice in two years for driving without a license. Police say charges are pending against the 14-year-old and the 25-year-old.
